worst call centre service

<p>i paid my account on the 24th of feb 2017 , the amount of 800.and on sunday when i tried to use my card it declined.saying i needed to pay 685. i told them i paid friday in the morning via eft.</p> <p>please assist as this is fraustrating being on hold for 19min with the call centre.</p> <p> </p>
