Worst attitude that left me wondering

I needed to urgently buy something and ended up driving to lakeside as it was on my way to where i was going. I must say i experienced very bad attitude from the till staff (Kgopotso *Or something close to this name* and the lady who was at the till next to her) who I think didnt want to serve me at all. I am still wondering what happened as this is not the kind of behaviour expected from a store like woolies. Really people who treat customer like this should find other brands, not woolworths.
