Worst!!!!

Visiting one of your stores to get money back cos I overpaid turned into a nightmare. Your telephonic financial services was worse. Please invest in training your people to beter handle calls. If I owed you money you'd want it now, you owe me money but I need to wait 10 business days!!!!!
