Worst 1st service for my daughter's 1st birthday, thanks woolies

No thinks that bad service and woolies go together so I'm rather sadly disappointed that my first online order is a disaster . I have waited 5 days for an order that's been on delivery and to now ring doing on my end my order will be sent back to the warehouse because apparently its a 3rd failed attempt how that happens with no feedback to me. So me canceling my order will obviously take another 10 days for me to get my refund. I have had to contact them 4 times and no one called me back,
