Worse service ever

I went to Woolworths to try face products, After 1 day of using them i developed rash and right now i am trying to return the product and no one to assist. They don't do returns on beauty product. Why must i keep the products that is not working for me? On all beauty products i have ever ever bought there is always a 30 days return but nothing with Woolworths.
