Worse expercience in woolworths vangate mall cape town

So on the 9th April 2024 my husband bougth clothes and a pair of takkies paid R399 spend over R1500 in that store to get home try the shoe we saw its to small so wanted to change it upon coming there i didnt see there was a mark on laces upon explaining to the ladie helping a guy came over and said we cant change its dirty so i said well my daugther never wore it and he left call the manager her name was unthani the manger dont greet or introduce her give me attitude upon that the girl afican lol at me and i said i want her information because this is not how you treat a client at all first ask me slip said i cant fine it log on to my banking app i show them the transaction they unintersted i was so disrespected i called head office it was log no one call till today i called the headoffice again she she will call back and store to call me nothing was done i told the manager i work in retail and this is woolworths policy or ethic nor how they handle customers im not leaving it im going to take steps again the store and the staff
