Worse Customer Experience

Worst service ever, I had my card swiped twice at store because payment didn't go through the 1st time, so I need to have the other amount reversed they can't help me, I called every day since the incident happened was told yesterday I was gonna be called back 8;30 am this morning still no call. i am livid, still no refund 11 days later
