Worms in Crispy Lettuce

The Crispy Lettuce I bought from Woolworths on 15 November, is invested with worms. It has a sell by date of 20 November 2019. It makes me sick to the core. How do you deal with cases like this as this is highly unacceptable. I have it on video.
