Worms in Chicken

We bought four full chicken for the office lunch at Woolworths at Appleton Village today. However, to our dismay two of my colleagues found worms in their pieces of chicken. We went to the store in good faith hoping to resolve this issue. We took those pieces of chicken as evidence to the store. The chicken pieces were taken away from us and discarded and informed us that we were informed that we would get a refund. Another issue is the total disrespect Aurthur showed us as we conveyed our issue. We informed that we will put the image of the chicken on social media and he rudely told us to go ahead. No apology was offered. It is so disappointing that with the high standards Woolworths associates it`s brand with things like this can be found in their food and their personnel can behave in this manner acting like it`s nothing. Maybe Woolworths need to upgrade their personnel to handle customer relations well. Very disappointed!!!!
