WORLD CLASS INCOMPETENCE, DAILY!

Not the first time this has happened. I receive an sms threatening my credit status because I am overdue on a payment, BEFORE the e-mailed statement arrives!!! I phone the number on the sms and speak to a functionary who couldn't find his **** with both hands, tell him the sms says I must make urgent payment and ask when the statement will be arriving - perhaps by Friday he says!! Urgent? Maybe not!! And I am still expected to pay interest, well sorry Woolies I am not financing your **** up! Don't know what's funnier, Woolies incompetence or the fact that they obviously don't know how bad they really are!
