World class customer service standards!!! Keep it up

It is with great pleasure to announce the high service standards received after i had reported a my negative experience on numerous occasions when buying Avocados at Woolies. Within 24hours they acknowledged receiving the email, requested further information and once I provided that they resolved the issue within 2 days. The customer service Team resolved the issue and even went as far as to offer me a voucher. This indeed shows how committed they are on customer satisfaction and retention.
