I was at the store today at 15.16pm served by Raymond Buys at waterfall corner. I purchased two of Bulgar wheat meals, it was supposed to be Buy 2, get R10 off. I confirmed this with Raymond. He said yes that’s correct and the discount will reflect at the end of the transaction. At the end, and after paying, was walking out while looking at my till slip, and there was no discount as advertised.

I queried this, and another gentleman come to advise that this is their error and will refund me for one in Full. Raymond was more interested in my handbag and purse then paying attention to the actual transaction.

I get home, and I never received the other meal back! Get it right woolworths!!iFurhtermore the till slip has the INCORRECT STORE NUMBER. and the customer care line leaves you holding on for ages. what a terrible experience! Now I am inconvenienced and have to return to the store to collect my other one.
