Wooworths Poor Customer Service Shocked Me.

Today I requested that Woolworths assist me in getting a product that is sold out everywhere in the country but Cape Town. When I asked a store in my city to please order the item for me, they were extremely unhelpful and just told me that Woolworths does not do fashion deliveries anymore, I have always thought Woolworths to be progressive with their retail policies so I did not expect to be told that a high end store like Woolies cannot find a way to get me the product so that I can do a size swap for the one I bought. This makes me feel like Woolworths does not care about sales from me because they have enough people who will buy their products. So now I am extremely disappointed because I so loyally supported Woolworths in the past and because I really wanted this item. The store did not even return my call when I asked them to please help me find a way to get this product. I was just told to go online and look even though the item is sold out online.
