Woo;worths not closing clients account and updating payment records with credit beaurus

I closed my account last year 2020/11/20 and till this day is still shows active on credit beaurux despite many follow ups sent to woolworths requesting them to remove it from being active. They provided me with paid up letter however the account is still active under my credit profile, I really do not know what to do anymore with woolworths I am tired of e-mailing and calling them, they are very ***********. I need assistance please.
