Woorlworths Waterstone

Woolworth Waterstone flagship store, but worst managed!

This morning their system had problems with accepting payments from certain banks. When entering the store they in form you which banks are nit accepted.

Did all my shopping, was send to a till that only accept cards. Two different bank cards and the Woolworths card was declined.

Manager was called and she just said system is off line and walked away.

Had to leave all the shopping there.

Surely management should rather close the store when their systems are down!

Shame on you Woolworths Waterstone!
