Good day

filling a complain against woolworths I had clothing aacount with woolworths.The account is paid in full but record as open account in my credit report.And i asked for a closure of an account 2 years back 2018 and was to told is closed as per request.But still showing open on my report. I am kindly asking for a legal help regarding this matters.Beacuse is affecting more on my credit freedom or report. Bad service ever.
