Woolworths/NDS Credit Management. Paid Over R13 600.00 to date. May account is growing not coming down. This is a *******. Very bad.

Woolworths handed over my account to NDS Credit Management. The amount according to Woolworths and NDS Credit Management was R15 655.32. The Statements I received from NDS Credit Management has 3 Different Capital handed over Amounts. R22 684.13, R22 492.67 & The latest one R23988.46. Since I have been handed over 2013, I have already Paid R13600.00 on this account. Their statements reads that I still owe them R 14089.13. After several phone calls to NDS Credit and Woolworths, NDS Said I must speak to Woolworths and Woolworths saying I must speak NDS Credit Management. I have been speaking to both Companies trying to sort this out, they still insist I owe them R14089.13. They charge 3 different Collection fees on their statement, which amounts to over R3000.00. I was handed over for R15655.32, yet they have an amount of R23988.46 and every month it is more and growing. I have already paid R13600.00 on this account, yet I still owe them over R14000.00. This is double the amount I owe them. They are making money out of me, they are ripping me off. From an amount of R15655.32 to owe them over R23000.00. This is ridiculous. At this rate I will never be able to settle this account. I have never had such bad service. They don't even update ITC or Experian that I am paying every month on this account. Then they offer me Discount of 40%, seriously. They can't even tell me what he correct amount is to pay every month, as they say I am paying to Little. This is not acceptable. I am very, very upset about this. I think I have paid enough. Not sure who is in the wrong Woolworths or NDS Credit. I think both are. I pay this account every month on the 25th. Yet I still owe so much. It is impossible. How can I have a capital amount of R15655.32, which Woolworths confirmed, and yet I still owe over R14000.00. I feel that they are ripping me off. Not acceptable any more. Thank you
