After writing my complaint at Hellopeter, I wrote another one to the complaints team. They then promptly responded saying they do not deal with customer service issues but only store issues. They advised I should forward it to WFS which I did, you won't believe the mockery, they also promptly responded saying the matter has been forwarded to Complaints team. Basically, they have been tossing me around and till this day no response.. Woolworths, is bad now...
