WoolworthsCanalWalkCPT Wednesday I went to Woolworths to exchange clothes and unfortunately I lost my slip,the supervisor said she will not accept my exchange because I do not have a slip and the stock I want to exchange only arrived in their store Sunday. I requested to speak to the manager and she said they will not accept it because it's their policy and even if I call head office they will not do anything and I am now stuck with clothes that do not fit.

Since when did Woolworths change their return policy???
