Woolworths - your staff need training!

I’ve just been to the East Rand Mall branch to purchase a few things. The cashier was so unfriendly with terrible attitude!

She did not greet, talks to her colleagues whilst serving me and when I enquired about the time they open tomorrow, could not answer – in fact, pretty much ignored me. Why bother employing something like her in your business. Her name is M Mahlaguame. She should not even have a job.

Her colleague who was not behind a till, but rather walking behind the cashiers, said she was not the Manager – no manager could be found.

I’d like an apology from this particular staff member – to see if there attitude has changed!
