Woolworths your staff need product knowledge

<p>When one applies for a credit card and it is approved telephonically, when visiting the branch, please help your staff gain the product knowledge. Woolworths has a fine reputation and this type of experience makes one realise that it nothing more than a third world store and not a market leader, as one is made out to believe. Very disappointing. I will apply for credit elsewhere.</p> <p> </p>
