Woolworths your courier is *************

Courier! I was expecting a card to be delivered as arranged with CCD Couriers between 08:00am and 12:00am, just before 12am i received a msg saying that its behind schedule, then when I phone them at 13:30 they say that the driver Tshebiso tried to phone when he got outside but I didnt answer (WHY NOT JUST GO INSIDE????) then he said no there was no cell service???? The delivery address is a store, A PUBLIC place where you can use your two legs to walk inside and use your voice to say HI I HAVE A DELIVERY!!!!!???? I received NO missed calls!!
