Woolworths. You should be ashamed!

Woolworths! Please explain this! You are exploiting your customers! You should be ashamed of yourselves! I picked out a pair of your new winter stock of shoes at your branch in the Mall of the South. The cashier informed me that there might be a price difference due to the 1% increase in VAT. (Even though you have had 2 weeks after the VAT increase implementation to update your prices!)But no problem. I calculated that R3.90 should be charged for the extra 1%VAT. But no! Woolworths decides to charge R 54.94 extra! Exactly what percentage increase is that? Definitely not 1%! Who does your calculating? I requested to speak to a manager - her reply was - head office loads the prices. I can do nothing. You should be hanging your heads in shame. I feel sorry for the customers who are buying multiple items and they don't realise how you are misleading them. ??
