WOOLWORTHS YOU OWE US!

Our experience with Woolworths has a back story. In August, 2023, my husband was the victim of a very serious ****. A false death certificate for him, false IDs for both of us and a false marriage certificate were used by a group of ********s to register an executorship and trust fund with the Pretoria Master's office. You can imagine the fallout! Luckily having a number of legal professionals in the family, including a judge, his life was te-instated immediately with an urgent high court appearance. All affected institutions like pension and medical aid were immediately te-instated - with the exception of Woolworths. Having not received an account for 2 months, my husband paid into Woolworths over R 1000 to cover any bills incurred. This money is still sitting there despite frequent visits to the offices at both la Lucia Mall and Gateway. We have sent copies of the High Court order, as requested, to the insurance dept. and the death dept. Not a word have we heard - and his card still registers ' deceased.'. We do feel that were the roles reversed and we owed Woolworths this sum, there would have been immediate action. Please help!
