Woolworth's, you have a lot of things to fix.

You guys need to do the following:

1. Have your staff work more reasonable hours.

2. Restock the store after hours. I mean, your shops open super late and then close early. You have the time, don't lie.

3. Better stock your shelves. We do not need small Woolies shops. spread out throughout the town. That is dumb af! Just build one big woolies shop. It is not like you have sooo much to offer anyways.

4. Make your food more reasonably priced. Come one. Some of the refrigerated foods are so overexpensive and this is from someone who can afford to shop solely at Woolies.

5. Add more variety. For a lot of people, you are the only health food store. We need more variety in the health foods that we have to choose from. More ingredients, too. You should compete with SPAR, but you are little more than a second grocery shopping trip for me when I am in town.

6. You need to improve your nationwide delivery strategies and consistency across stores. Cape Town Woolworth's should not be any better stocked than those in Nelspruit or Ballito or Bloem.

7. Stop making people buy your stupid Woolies bags. Either bring back the plastic ones or switch to paper. You are making people use those fabric bags for profit, and it is frustratingly obvious. Either you care about the environment and actually do something or you don't and give people what is easiest to use. We see through your schemes.
