Woolworths you are so cruel

I'm so angry about what woolworths did to me, I was doing my credit check early March only to find out that there is someone who opened Credit card under my name and it was not used yet, I had to go to woolworths to report the matter I found the lady who said I must do the affidavit at police station and go to woolworths store and ask for dispute form I did all that but only to find out that they ddnt dispute it, until the person used the credit card, after they called me said I'm owing woolworths I asked them how because I reported the matter and followed all the instructions, they said I must do it again. I did that again submitting everything but they failed to solve the problem. Now they handed over the account to MBD and now I'm harrassed by MBD for the matter that I reported myself even before the person used the account, woolworths is such a ***** because I believe that it's an inside job, how can I qualify the R88000 while the the time I was working I was only qualifying 3500. And why do they ignore the investigation if is not them, they still have my details for the previous account. The way they do things it makes me suspect them. And now they ruin my credit record because of their ignorance..
