Woolworths would not intervene on the stupid actions by MBD Attorneys

Pathetic service. I have been writing emails to woolworths regarding my account they handed over to MBD for an amount of 37000. The fools at MBD refuse to take a settlement of R20 000. Instead they want me to pay R500 for next 9 years or so. How can this ****** at MBD claim that they are helping woolworths when they do not seem interested in settling accounts.
