Woolworths! Worst service ever!!

Pathetic Dash Delivery service. I placed an order at 3 PM for delivery between 5-6 PM. Reached 6PM my delivery still had not arrived. I then call the call centre, to be put on hold for several minutes. Only to be told that my order had been returned to the store for no apparent reason. Woolworths by far has the worst customer service as I have had many issues with them in the past! The call centre agents are non chalant and have no desire to help resolve your issues. The Woolworths brand is ****!
