Woolworths worst service ever

So i bought a cellphone from woolworths 2 days ago waited for the consultant at cellphone counter for ever the manager even stood with me he even got upset with her.i stay far out of pretoria any way lots of costs inquired by me we opend the cel phone well i did infront of the consulatant because she was so slow put a sim card in and guest what there is a random picture of some one on the background, first strange thing then they only jad 1 black phone so i had no choice but to take it So today i called there national group office a lady i think shes a PA to an director calls me back says she will investigate , this group is so unfair tgey turn the whole thing on me because i opend the phone have you ever heard of something so ridiculous i also demanded my expenses for traveling they just dont care so i called head office ask for directors , non excecutive directors but this lady ran to all tge directors and probably told them a ******* story so i got blocked from speaking to any one , well done woolworths what a great customer service you have and shame on you directors shame why are you hiding behind your PA's n man does not do that.
