Woolworths worst service

Woolworths has the worst service I ordered yesterday the scarlet blossom soap and paid when i had to collect at 16:00 they told me after 16:00 that they do not have stock so why was my order authorized and why did they wait till after 16:00 to give me a call the manager has attitude he had the nerve to tell me that it is not their responsibility as a store to make sure that i get my order if they do not have stock they do not have I ordered from 2 other woolies and I did not have this problem Jean Avenue has a manager with attitude OTHER WOOLIE CAN NOT be assisting and Jean Avenue has the nerve to tell us it is not their responsibility that we receive the order
