Woolworths worse service ever. Unbelievable

Disgusted by the poor level of service received from management and staff from woolworths at Flanders Mall Mount Edgecombe. I visited the store today and was appalled by the lack of customer service. There was items misprinted which is no fault of customers. I took a special on ice cream and when I got to the till I was told off by the teller as she states that it's a misprint and I need to change my items. I requested to speak to the manage Thabani Ngcobo who also showed no empathy and advised that its a mistake from head office and it's their fault not the stores. He also refused to give his details and requested a teller to give us. This is unacceptable by a reputable store and I don't wish this upon anyone
