Woolworths. Woodbridge

Hi. I phoned the Woolworth Woodbridge looking for duck crackle. Tebogo was extremely helpful and high efficient - he ordered the item for me and told me that it should arrive on the Monday(he would phone me) - I had phoned on the Thursday. So Monday afternoon when I did not receive a phone call I phoned the store and spoke to Robert-he was most helpful and advised me that Tebogo was off for the week and that he will look into it and revert on Tuesday - he needed to contact Tebogo to confirm if he had ordered the crackling. Imagine my surprise on Tuesday morning when I received a call from Robert to confirm the stock had been delivered that morning and I could collect anytime. With customer service of this nature - I will definitely continue supporting Woolworth Woodbridge. Thanks guys
