Woolworths wont be getting any more of my business.

Hello everyone... so my husband and i have always been keen woolies shoppers.. i have a store card and we used it always.. while on lockdown we didnt shop as much but my husband continued out of habit to pay each month.. as a result we now have a credit balance of R39000+.. from the 6th September we have been trying to get the money refunded to my bank account and have had all sorts of excuses.. we are actually treated like ********* for trying to get our own money out.. i have today instructed my lawyer to take over....and so it goes.. wish me luck.
