Woolworths Wonderpark Very Disappointing

So disappointing to go to your favorite retail store and purchase your favorite items only to be told by the cashier that they dnt have plastic bags.( woolworths Wonderpark) Who’s fault is it? I had to purchase a bag worth R17,99 to carry my purchased items. Very disappointed!
