Woolworths Wonderboom Junction Pretoria Service

Bought a pair of shoes that fitted great in the store. After one evening my feet got really sore (I have a thick bridge) and wasn't able to wear the shoes anymore. Went to Woolworths Kolonnade in Pretoria to exchange for a bigger pair but refused because the sole was a bit scuffed and just refused to help me. Lucky I always had great service at Woolworths Wonderboom Junction Pretoria and went there.

Explained my situation to the manager told him I really do like the mens boots and just want a bigger pair. He said he will take the loss and donate the current pair to charity as long as I was willing to take a gift voucher and order bigger pair online (no store had my size but Woolies online does).
