Woolworths Wine rewards voucher a hoax ?

I joined the W Wine rewards club at Woolworths Gateway on 3rd September 2022. We are told to scan the bar code in store which I have done at Gateway Sunningdale Durban branches and submit to Woolworths and in turn I will be emailed a R75 discount voucher off my next wine purchaser over R200. Well after many calls to customer care during this month on the 9th,16th,26th and today 29th, I still have not been emailed the voucher. Is this a hoax obo Woolworths? Has anyone else had the same experience. Staff have been exceptionally helpful and well meaning. I have been promised that I will receive a call back from a manager but this has not happened. Each time I am told it has been escalated to Marketing, but no voucher emailed to me. My details have been checked and I do received other emails from Woolworths. Anita ***
