Woolworths Windhoek

During February 2024 I made a payment on my Woolworths account. After a few correspondences with them, this payment reflects till today 12 June 2024 not on my account and they charged me every month arrears fees. I contacted the branch manager in Windhoek and with no success. Every time they promised me that it would be fixed after 2 to 4 days. So as Woolworths is not the only shop to buy, I stop buying with them and spend my money on others who are eager for sales.
