Woolworths Windermere rude Anthony

I was shopping at a Woolworths in Windermere when I got to the till point there was cashier available and a gentleman who had casual on I assumed he was manager because when I approached the vacant cashier he rudely told me that the till was occupied with another customer and I can't use that till and he just walk past me. The name of the manager was Anthony. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism from such a big brand as Woolworths and from someone who is supposed to lead by example.
