Woolworths Willowbridge Poor Management

So on the morning of 2nd October 2019, I went to my favorite store Woolworths willowbridge but that morning what I saw was repulsed to me to a point were I left without buying anything course at that moment I felt that the quality was not what I used to when I saw a Caucasian male (i later found out that he was a manager) going on at this young African girl and telling her to get out of his store and from where I was standing it looked like he was about to hit her and at that moment I thought we going through this gender based violence and women are been abused and ****ed out there and now here is this girl been abused and bul**** by her superior and where she supposed to feel safe in a work place. could this,whatever it was,have been resolved in the back office amicably away from customers?What impression was this 'manager' creating on store management behaviour ?Is this the norm? Something needs to be done about weak store management where thay have their favourites in terms of colour and others are being treated like trash.Does Woolworths head office management know about this,or has any empoyees reported this even anonymously?
