Woolworths will kick a loyal customer when they cant provide

We as a family relocated to Durban. unknowing that we are part of a rental ****. Due to safety reason we had to move quickly which means my husban did not have a job during January and February which there was a loss of income. i have been contacted by MBD and other attorneys regarding my outstanding balance. on a normal day i will be phoned during office hours on my landline and cellphone about 10 times by these attorneys the will talk to me in any manner which they prefer due to my account not being up todate. i have advised them not to call me on my office number due to the fact that i am new in my current role and i am sitting in an open plan office. i send an email to woolworths and contact their customer service department advising them why are they allow these attorneys to take my last dignity to talk to me in that manner and also to adise them that i am paying each month why are they calling me everyday to confirm to be rude to me and my collegues and leaving messages at my place of work. i dont feel that is the way you treat someone that has been loyal. the emai that i send to them was never attended to. I dont think it fair the way i have been treated. i have been discipline by my manager due to the arogance of the attorneys keep on calling my office when i have a target. This is very embarassing for me.My email of April which was send to woolworhts was never attended too. It was brushed under the carpet due to the fact that my account was in arrears.
