Woolworths when are you going to start protecting your customers from highjackers?

I live in Bedfordview and my wife was hijacked after going to the Senderwood Woolworths. And yes Woolworths it was from your store. Hijackers have also targeted your customers from your Linksfield stores as perhaps others. CAP had warned you on numerous occasions thst this is happening with no adequate response. And no, I don't give a st#ff if the landlords are not interested. These are your customers, you have to do something. Or don't you care?
