Woolworths what has happened

I've shoped at Woolworths for over 30+ years. Always enjoyed the experience until recently. 1. Had a deposit i made at till not go into my account. Nearly gave up trying to get it credited to my account. 2. I recently noticed my interest rate on my account was substantially more than my wife's account. Queried it with no positive result. Mentioned that my spend at Woolworths is R10k per month. Didn't help,they weren't interested.suhhesyed i close the account.
