Woolworths Westwood Mall

Woolworths WESTWOOD MALL KZN, the worst service ever. I went there to open an account and there was only 1 person but 5 consultants. Just sitting chatting.. When I requested help they looked at me with entitlement and told me I should go to another mall.. I felt so undermind... Here I am. Bringing business to the place and I'm being treated like a piece of ****... The level of incompetence is out of this world.. I was so disappointed. I just said thank you and left..no effort was placed.. They didn't even acknowledge that I was there asking for assistance... They just looked at me. And said go to another mall we don't open accounts... Really woolies.. This is how you treat your customers..
