Woolworths westgate should close down !

Woolworths westgate is the pits!! Ok my sister goes in to look for food she can purchase and I called her while she was in the store to help me with my child. My sister was denied to use the trolley because she didn’t make a purchase when she initially went in there to buy but was disturbed by my call. I go there to find her and to my shock the store Manager Tebogo as ill-mannered , absurd and disrespectful comes through. I’ve never in my human life been disrespected by another person as she did. I told them I’d record them and she and the two securities wanted to take my phone just imagine !! She confidently gave us the number for the head office so what does that mean ? That she’s comfortable disrespecting customers and knowing that she can be escalated and nothing will be done. I need something done with her. She will never speak to any customer the way she spoke to us. Ref from the head off is ***. I never wanna come to Woolworths westgate ever again. Horrible service
