Woolworths westgate disrespectful and *********** staff

On the 15 May i went to woolworths wesgate to take out a layby that i did on the 7th of April when i got there i was told to wait they are going to look for it , the teller cane back empty handed and then after 2 hours of waiting i was told they lost the clothes all of them and the person who assisted me has now resigned so i need to cone back to the shop to pick new clothes While doing that i noticed there was price differences so now i had to pick less clothes because prices have gone up They were mocking me laughing unbothered , the clothes were worth 7000 . What made me sad is that after the teller put everything in the system i gave her my rewards card she didnt botger swipping it and she just said sorry and proceed to call another customer while i was still asking how can we swipe it , she ignored me and went on with her business

I do my groceries and clothing at the same woolworths westgate but the way i was treated i dont think il ever go back For an apology they gave me a box of cheap chocolates they wasted hours and hours of my time and i was duty that day meaning i also lost hours at work But to them it was a joke

In that group there was an old lady by the name of Cynthia and Palesa the cashiers name kealeboga

I am not happy i dont know if its about race but trully i felt undermined and disrespected I buy alot groceries everything not less than 4k and they treated me like trash
