Woolworths West Street Assistant Roseline

I am writing as I have been disrespected by either a manager or supervisor of yours at Woolworths West Street her name being Roseline. I had received a gift and wanted to exchange it. Not having a till slip I didnt think it would be a problem as it has never been a problem in the past. Roseline rudely walked by my till while the cashier was trying to get her attention while busy on her phone no time in the world for me. She eventually did come to assist and spoke very rudely. 1. She said at woolies they do not seel their merchandise with the bag handles still wrapped sp she doesn't know where I got that bag from.. implying it has been ******. I felt very disrespected but said nothing. I further explained to her that I have bought many a bags from woolies and they always came like this. I signaled to the bag i was carrying saying even this bag came like that, to which she rep**** I dont care about that bag. Im talking about this. 2. She rudely said to me even if it was a gift u need the slip. U cannot do anything without the slip. 3. Another customer came behind me to exchange and she did not have a till slip but had no issues exchanging. I would like to know what the difference there wass.

Ive never been treated this way at woolies which is why i love shopping there. Im dismayed and cannot believe that Roseline did not see a problem in what she did. I walked away without getting any assistance and would like for Roseline to be dealt. I will expect feedback as to what has been done reprimand her because I will not tolerate being disrespected in the way that she did.
