Woolworths Wellington terrible service

I am so upset with Woolworths Wellington Welgelee. I just made an online order and when it was delivered, I was missing some items. I immediately called them and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. She was very unprofessional and sounded like she didn't feel like talking. Then she sounded very angry just because I said I'm missing items. Then she said she would call me back. When she called back she said they refunded me cause they don't have that items. I asked her why she didn't get a substitute. Then she got angry and put the phone down in my ear. Woolworths please sort out this terrible customer service.
