Woolworths Waterstone - expired food delivery - WW no response via email

I am not satisfied with the quality of Customer Service from Woolworths.

On Tuesday, 3 March 2026 I have emailed them on their shop and custserv email addresses and have not received any feedback. My message was:

I am upset with the quality of the food delivered today (Tuesday, 3 March 2026). Somebody in your Waterstone Store is bypassing the system. They scanned a newer Sell by date package and delivered the SELL BY 02/03/2026. This is unacceptable!!! Herewith my invoice and the photo of the Grabouw wors delivered today. You will see the amount on invoice (R 223.49) vs the amount on the Grabouw wors delivered (R 222,89) is not the same – this is *****!!!
