Woolworths Waterfront Cape Town

I am so disappointed on what happened this morning at Woolworths Waterfront. One of the cashier Amanda @ Customer Service was so rude to my mother and didn’t allow her to exchange an item telling my mom she must go back to the store she bought it from while a white person was helped & allow to exchange any item that was bought online without a tillslip 😤. Please make something clear here, is Woolworths a ****** retail ? Does it go with Color to exchange someone an item ? Also the response from the Manager saying “She can do whatever she wants, they won’t exchange the items! The response wasn’t professional for a Manager working people, teach your people a way to speak to customers & I’m happy that my mom took a video of everything. I will make Woolworths trend & I won’t rest until a proper apology has been done to my mom.
