Woolworths wasting customers time

Woolworths sends customers vouchers, however at the store it does not work. There is no resolve locally at the store. A call is logged with head office and the customer is expected to wait...no ETA on response! Store manager at Fourways Mall is not available, Clothing department supervisor is unable to over-ride the system. Woolworths...get your system/staff to function please. You are wasting customers valuable time!
